About the Role
As a Guest Advocate, you're a versatile team member who takes on critical front-of-store responsibilities. Whether you're stationed at the checkout, assisting guests at the entrance, or managing our shopping carts, you're delivering the friendly, efficient service that defines Target's commitment to every visitor.
What You'll Do
- Operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy and speed, processing transactions and payments with care
- Provide courteous, efficient service at checkout, greeting guests warmly and answering questions
- Cover front-of-store duties, including directing guests, welcoming visitors, and maintaining an inviting storefront
- Manage shopping carts in both the store interior and parking areas to keep the guest experience seamless
- Support store operations by stocking merchandise and keeping sales floors guest-ready
- Work collaboratively with team members to respond quickly to guest needs and maintain a positive environment
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication skills and comfort working as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work scheduled shifts
