Role Overview

As a Specialty Sales Consultant, you're the go-to expert for guests exploring our Style, Tech, and Beauty offerings at Target. You'll combine product knowledge with genuine hospitality to help customers find exactly what they need, whether that's the latest in fashion, tech gadgets, or beauty essentials through our Ulta Beauty partnership. Your role bridges consultation with sales support, creating a welcoming environment where every guest feels understood and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice across Style, Tech, and Beauty categories
• Support transactions and ensure smooth checkout experiences for specialty purchases
• Maintain product knowledge across multiple departments and stay current on new arrivals
• Engage guests warmly, understanding their needs and preferences to guide their selections
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, excellent service throughout your shifts
• Keep specialty departments organized, stocked, and visually appealing
