About This Position

Target is seeking reliable, service-minded individuals for our Guest Advocate role in Oak Ridge North. Working full-time on an on-demand schedule, you'll support operations across cashiering, general merchandise, fulfillment, food and beverage, and style departments. This position offers the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like while gaining valuable retail experience in a welcoming environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance across store departments
• Support fulfillment operations and help manage guest orders
• Stock merchandise and maintain organized, attractive product displays
• Assist guests in locating products and answer questions about inventory
• Support food and beverage service and styling sections as assigned
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals
