Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate at our Fairfax location, where you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences and support store operations across multiple departments. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work as much or as little as you choose while earning $17.25 per hour.

About the Role

As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the front line of Target's commitment to service excellence. Whether at the registers, stocking shelves, fulfilling online orders, or styling the sales floor, you'll help guests find what they need and leave with a smile. Your diverse contributions keep our Fairfax store running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Process transactions at registers with accuracy and friendliness
• Assist guests with questions about products and departments
• Stock and organize merchandise across general merchandise and style sections
• Pick, pack, and ship items for online and in-store fulfillment orders
• Maintain food and beverage sections to ensure freshness and organization
• Keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
