Join our Target team in Hagerstown, Washington County, as a full-time General Merchandise and Food Associate. You'll help us serve our community while developing skills across multiple areas of retail operations, starting at $16.25 per hour.
About the Role
This position offers exposure to the full breadth of store operations. You'll take on responsibilities in general merchandise, closing procedures, fulfillment, inbound processing, and food and beverage service—including Starbucks operations when applicable. It's an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in retail and discover areas of the business where you'd like to deepen your expertise.
What You'll Do
- Organize and merchandise general merchandise throughout the store
- Execute closing procedures and prepare the store for the following business day
- Receive, process, and stock incoming shipments with accuracy and care
- Prepare and fulfill guest orders for in-store pickup and delivery services
- Support Food and Beverage operations, including Starbucks cafe service
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work spaces
- Assist team members and support overall guest experiences
