Pricing Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology client in their search for a Pricing Specialist based remotely in Brazil. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead a major pricing rollout, own revenue targets for a key segment, and work directly with global and local commercial teams to drive strategic pricing decisions across multiple markets.

You'll be the pricing lead for a listing-based model expansion, diagnosing performance, proposing fixes, building cross-functional alignment, and rolling out to new countries with clear targets and weekly cadence. Beyond the core project, you'll shape ARPU growth through discount discipline, package optimization, and market-specific price resets.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the listing-based pricing rollout across markets, diagnosing issues, proposing solutions, and coordinating with local and global teams
• Drive ARPU targets for your segment through strategic pricing moves: tighter discount controls, package mix shifts, and market-specific price adjustments
• Identify untapped pricing opportunities across the marketplace and build data-driven cases for new initiatives
• Own pricing recommendations to GTM leadership—propose moves, defend trade-offs with data, and convert decisions into executable rollout plans
• Drive alignment across sales, local commercial, and global teams on contested pricing decisions without formal authority
• Design and run behavioral experiments to validate pricing hypotheses before scaling
• Generate optimization hypotheses grounded in quantitative analysis
• Adjust and track budget assumptions as market feedback comes in
• Maintain country price lists in internal systems

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of pricing experience, ideally in SaaS or marketplace environments
• Direct experience working with GTM or sales leadership on pricing strategy and decisions
• Strong analytical rigor—you back conclusions with numbers and know when to stop analyzing and start testing
• SQL proficiency sufficient to pull and analyze your own data
• Advanced Google Sheets skills
• Ability to explain complex quantitative findings in simple terms
• Comfort with ambiguity and contested decisions
• Professional English at B2 level or above (comfortable in meetings and written communication)
• Degree in economics, mathematics, business, or related field
• Must already possess legal authorization to work in Brazil (visa sponsorship not available)
