Data Analyst, Supply Chain

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential robotics organization that is scaling commercial operations across multiple U.S. markets. Our talent team is seeking a Data Analyst to drive supply chain intelligence and build the data infrastructure that connects internal systems with logistics partners.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, workflow automation, and supply chain operations. You'll leverage AI-assisted development tools to build scalable API integrations, automated pipelines, and dashboards that surface operational insights across the business.

Locations: Malaysia or Mexico (remote)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage API-based workflows connecting core business platforms with external logistics partners
• Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines across internal and external databases
• Perform hands-on analysis of supply chain metrics (shipping times, inventory flows, etc.) and build automated reporting for stakeholders
• Implement error handling and alerting to ensure data workflows run consistently and accurately
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and data quality standards
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and recommend process improvements that reduce cost and improve logistics performance
• Create and maintain technical documentation for data models, integrations, and reporting systems

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data engineering, workflow automation, or similar technical roles
• Strong knowledge of data structures and data management, including cloud databases and spreadsheet platforms
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in at least one additional programming language (Python or Javascript preferred)
• Proficiency in AI-driven development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) and AI orchestration frameworks (Langgraph, OpenAI SDK, Gemini SDK, etc.)
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), configuration of Skills, and sub-agents
• Experience designing data models and transforming data from multiple operational systems into clean, reliable datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience, specifically Cloud Run and BigQuery
• Google Workspace proficiency, specifically Google Sheets and Google Apps Script
• NetSuite API experience
• Supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations experience applying data and technology skills
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL), fulfillment, inventory management, or transportation management systems
• Familiarity with data observability, monitoring, and data quality frameworks in production environments
