Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology startup in Berlin-Adlershof seeking an intern to combine media design creativity with strategic online marketing execution. In this hands-on role, you will:

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies across social media, website, and campaign channels
• Design visual content including graphics, banners, animations, short videos, and reels
• Create copy for website, social media platforms, and newsletters
• Support performance tracking and analysis of marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives
• Own independent projects with team support, allowing you to experiment and learn

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates who are currently enrolled students completing a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) or practical semester. Ideal backgrounds include:

• Enrolled in Communication & Media Studies, Marketing, Media Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Digital Media, Business Administration with Marketing focus, or comparable programs
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Strong creative sensibility and eye for compelling design
• Initial experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar tools—or motivation to learn
• Confident handling of social media and online communication
• Self-initiative, organizational talent, and teamwork abilities
