Sales & Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting firm based in Berlin that specializes in supporting service-based businesses with digital transformation, AI implementation, and process optimization. Our talent team is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Manager to join their growing operation.

This is not a cold-calling role. The organization generates leads primarily through inbound marketing, referrals, and content—your responsibility will be to guide qualified prospects through consultative conversations, understand their needs, and establish long-term client relationships that extend well beyond the initial sale.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and conduct initial consultation calls with prospective clients
• Analyze prospects' current situations, challenges, and business goals through discovery conversations
• Present consulting solutions and guide interested parties through a structured sales process to close
• Prepare proposals, coordinate offers, and maintain consistent follow-up on open opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after contract signing, ensuring smooth onboarding
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify expansion opportunities and deepen relationships
• Reliably maintain sales and customer data in the CRM system
• Collaborate with consulting teams and leadership to continuously improve sales and customer success processes

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in accessible language
• Proven experience in sales, customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions that uncover true client needs
• Independent, reliable, and structured work style with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Genuine interest in digital products, emerging technologies, and artificial intelligence
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership rather than simply execute prescribed tasks
• Professional fluency in German is required for this Berlin-based position
• Industry experience is beneficial but not required—we prioritize personality, learning aptitude, and customer understanding
