Solutions Engineer – UK (German Speaking)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital analytics organization seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer for their UK operations. This German-speaking role will support enterprise sales across EMEA, working with some of the world's most recognized brands to optimize digital customer experiences.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor on complex, high-value opportunities. You'll partner with enterprise sales teams to guide technical strategy from discovery through closing, working with audiences ranging from digital product teams to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA from initial discovery to deal closure
• Create tailored demonstrations and solution narratives aligned with high-level business outcomes
• Lead complex proof-of-concepts, defining success criteria and quantifying measurable business value
• Translate customer requirements into scalable solution architectures with clear value propositions
• Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate post-sales onboarding
• Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence product development

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Fluency in English and German; additional European languages preferred
• 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering within SaaS or software
• Proven track record supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations
• Ability to engage both technical teams (architects/developers) and C-suite executives (CIO/CDO)
• Hands-on experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong ROI-based solutioning capabilities
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse corporate environments
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple strategic deals simultaneously
• Willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA

Preferred:

• Experience with digital experience analytics or customer experience management platforms
• Familiarity with AI applications, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies
• Background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting

Pay

Our client offers a competitive compensation package of £70,000 - £95,000 basic salary plus variable compensation.
