About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital analytics organization seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer for their EMEA team, based in Spain. This is a German-speaking role supporting strategic enterprise sales across the region.
In this position, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for complex, high-value opportunities. You'll partner closely with enterprise sales teams to help multinational organizations transform their digital customer experiences through advanced analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Guide technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from discovery through closing
- Create tailored demonstrations and solution narratives aligned with business outcomes for C-level and technical stakeholders
- Lead complex proof-of-concept engagements, defining success criteria and quantifying measurable business value
- Translate customer requirements into scalable solution architectures with clear value propositions
- Collaborate with account executives on deal orchestration and coordinate post-sales transitions with product and engineering teams
- Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence product development
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Fluency in English and German; additional European languages preferred
- 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering within SaaS or software
- Proven track record supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles with large enterprise organizations
- Ability to engage both technical teams (architects, developers) and C-suite executives effectively
- Hands-on experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong ROI-based solutioning and quantitative business case development skills
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities tailored for corporate environments
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA
Preferred:
- Experience with digital experience analytics or customer experience management platforms
- Familiarity with AI applications, enterprise data architecture, or analytics implementation strategies
- Background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting
