Senior Product Manager Digital Health (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital health organization in Berlin that delivers evidence-based therapeutic solutions for musculoskeletal conditions. As Senior Product Manager, you will own a core product or growth area across patient, therapy, or clinical workflows—serving as the bridge between medical relevance, technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and commercial outcomes.

You will conceive, validate, and prioritize new product and service opportunities, structuring them for successful implementation. Your work will extend the product portfolio, deepen user relationships, and create sustained value beyond the initial treatment phase. You'll collaborate closely with clinical, engineering, regulatory, and executive teams to translate medical insight into scalable digital experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Product management experience: Typically 5+ years at Senior, Lead, or Principal level, ideally in Digital Health, MedTech, or regulated health software (DiGA). You must have independently owned a product area and be able to demonstrate how your decisions shifted user and business metrics.
• Outcome-driven approach: You lead by impact, not output. Data-driven prioritization is second nature.
• Stakeholder fluency: Confident communicating with C-suite, engineering, regulatory affairs, and clinical teams.
• Mindset: Strong empathy for medical contexts, proactive problem-solving, solution-oriented, hands-on execution.
• AI fluency: Pragmatic use of AI in discovery, research, analysis, or prototyping—able to discern where it accelerates work and where human judgment remains essential.
• Language: Excellent German and English (C1 or above in both; neither needs to be native).

Bonus: Experience in healthcare environments—working with physicians, practice teams, medical assistants, or patients. Familiarity with DiGA or MDR frameworks is highly valued.

Location: Berlin, hybrid work model. Option to work remotely up to one month per year from the EU, EEA, Switzerland, Israel, or the UK. 30 vacation days, employer pension contribution, corporate benefits program, and referral bonuses included.
