About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthy food delivery business expanding their retail presence in Berlin Mitte. Our client is looking for energetic working students to drive local growth and customer acquisition at their physical store location.

This is a hands-on role combining customer-facing sales, local marketing, and store operations. You'll be the face of the brand, actively engaging passersby and creating memorable in-store experiences that convert curious visitors into loyal customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach pedestrians outside the store to generate foot traffic and raise brand awareness
• Serve as a brand ambassador, providing enthusiastic product consultation and answering customer questions
• Create memorable shopping experiences that encourage repeat visits and word-of-mouth referrals
• Support daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions and inventory presentation
• Ensure products are optimally displayed and shelves are consistently restocked
• Gather direct customer feedback and share market insights with the team to refine local retail strategy
• Maintain composure and organization during high-traffic periods

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university (degrees in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Retail Management are ideal but not required)
• Outgoing personality with absolutely no hesitation to approach and engage strangers
• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a strong plus)
• Hands-on mentality with ability to stay organized during busy periods
• Willingness to take on responsibility from day one
• Previous experience in promotion, sales, hospitality, or retail is beneficial but motivation is most important
• Must have valid work authorization in Germany
