Responsibilities

In this role, you will handle patent prosecution matters for clients in the telecommunications and wireless technology sectors. You will work with cutting-edge innovations in RF systems and related electrical engineering disciplines, preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO.

What We're Looking For

• Educational background in RF, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• Patent Bar registration (registered Patent Agent) or Attorney license with Patent Bar eligibility
• Demonstrated experience with RF technologies and wireless telecommunications
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with inventors and technical teams
