Werkstudent Social Media | Marketing (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential energy services organization in Thüringen that needs a student assistant to support their social media and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our client's marketing team to strengthen their digital presence and engage with their community.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Creating and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms
• Monitoring social media channels and engaging with followers
• Supporting the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Assisting with content planning and editorial calendars
• Analyzing social media metrics and preparing performance reports
• Collaborating with the marketing team on creative projects
• Researching social media trends and competitor activities

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a motivated student (Werkstudent) who is passionate about social media and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is:

• Currently enrolled at a university in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, media studies, or similar
• Familiar with major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok
• Creative with a good eye for visual content and storytelling
• Comfortable with German-language content creation (native or fluent level)
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Interested in learning about the energy sector and regional community engagement
• Available for flexible part-time hours (typically 15-20 hours per week during semester)

Bonus qualifications include experience with graphic design tools, basic photo/video editing skills, or previous social media internships.
