AI Outcomes Manager

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an AI Outcomes Manager based in Australia. This is a unique post-sales role that unifies customer success and technical support under single ownership—no handoffs, no silos. You'll own enterprise and growth accounts end-to-end, leveraging AI agents to handle first-line triage while you focus on complex judgment, strategic enablement, relationship building, and driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own your portfolio: Manage a book of enterprise and growth accounts from implementation and go-live through adoption, renewal health, and expansion
• Single point of trust: Be the customer's unified contact for resolving issues, managing escalations, and ensuring value extraction—accountability remains yours even when other teams execute
• Implementation and go-live: Align on scope and success criteria, validate what was sold against feasibility, and own go/no-go readiness
• AI-powered ticket lifecycle: Respond within SLA by reviewing and personalizing AI-drafted responses; validate and correct AI classification to train the model; route tickets to engineering while maintaining ownership through resolution
• Drive adoption and value: Track usage trends using AI anomaly signals, run enablement sessions, compare entitlements to actual usage, and translate metrics into business value (time saved, cost avoided, deflection)
• Relationship and commercial management: Keep relationships multi-threaded, engage executive sponsors, run renewal reviews ahead of expiry, and flag expansion opportunities to sales

What We're Looking For

• Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or technology (B.Tech or equivalent), or postgraduate degree in management (MBA or equivalent)
• Experience: 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as support engineering, solutions engineering, customer success management, or technical account management
• Technical orientation: Comfortable with APIs, tracing issues, and explaining root causes to both engineers and customers
• Platform proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least one of: ticketing systems, CRM, workflow automation, analytics platforms, or developer tools
• AI-native mindset: Embrace AI as your operating layer, actively train models, and measure your own leverage
• Commercial awareness: Understand ACV, track utilization, spot expansion signals, and connect usage to renewal confidence
• Strong communicator: Run customer calls confidently and write clear root cause analysis reports and quarterly business review materials
• Owner mentality: Capable of carrying a large B2B portfolio end-to-end, from ticket resolution through business reviews
• Comfortable with ambiguity: This is a new operating model; you'll help shape it, not just follow playbooks
• Preferred background: Fintech, enterprise SaaS, or high-volume support environments; experience across both support and success motions is highly valued
