About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a well-funded AI and enterprise software organization in their search for a Business Development Manager (Tech Alliances) based in the USA. This confidential client works with leading cloud and AI platforms to deliver innovative solutions to global enterprises.

In this field-facing, revenue-oriented role, you'll sit at the intersection of sales and strategic partnerships. You'll work closely with the internal Tech Alliances team and major technology partners to drive pipeline generation, execute co-sell motions, and accelerate joint opportunities to close.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the internal Tech Alliances team to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies with major technology partners including AWS, Anthropic, Databricks, Snowflake, MongoDB, and Salesforce
  • Co-build pipeline with partners through co-sell initiatives, marketplace programs, and joint account planning
  • Bring internal sellers and partner field teams together on live deals, aligning both sides to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Drive account mapping and joint account planning activities between internal and partner field teams in your assigned region
  • Represent the organization in partner field forums, co-sell reviews, and regional go-to-market activities
  • Localize partner GTM strategy to your geography, accounting for regional customer base, partner landscape, and field team structure
  • Report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline metrics and maintain health of joint seller relationships

What We're Looking For

  • 8-12 years of experience in business development, alliances, partner/channel sales, or co-sell roles
  • Background in SaaS, cloud, or AI industries strongly preferred
  • Techno-business acumen with ability to navigate both commercial and technical conversations with sellers, partners, and customers
  • Established relationships with partner field/sales teams in your region is a strong plus
  • Based in Palo Alto or New York, with willingness to travel across your geography for partner and customer engagements
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue through partnership channels
