Solutions Engineer – Spain (Italian Speaking)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital analytics organization seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support strategic sales initiatives across the EMEA region. This role requires fluency in Italian and English and is based in Spain.

As a Solutions Engineer on our client's team, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor for complex, high-value enterprise sales opportunities. You'll partner closely with sales executives to engage multinational organizations, helping them transform their approach to digital customer experience optimization.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical strategy throughout enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from discovery through close
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align platform capabilities with business outcomes
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, establishing success criteria and quantifying measurable business value
• Translate customer requirements into scalable solution architectures with clear value propositions
• Collaborate with account executives on deal orchestration and coordinate post-sales handoffs
• Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence product development
• Travel 25–30% across EMEA to support strategic customer engagements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Italian; additional European languages strongly preferred
• 4+ years of enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience within SaaS
• Proven track record supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with large enterprise organizations
• Ability to engage both technical teams (architects, developers) and executive leadership (CIO, CDO level)
• Hands-on technical experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong ROI-based solution design and value quantification skills
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities tailored to diverse corporate audiences
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously

Preferred Experience:

• Background in digital experience analytics or customer experience management platforms
• Familiarity with AI technologies, enterprise data architecture, or digital analytics implementation
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments or digital transformation consulting

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai will be determined based on experience and qualifications. The client's budgeted range for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 base plus variable compensation.
