GTM Engineer (Mexico Only – Remote)

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is transforming how revenue teams operate. Our client is seeking a GTM Engineer to join their team remotely from Mexico. This role sits at the intersection of technology and revenue operations, where you'll own and optimize the revenue tech stack that powers Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You'll be the architect behind seamless CRM workflows, cross-system integrations, and data governance that drive measurable productivity gains. Responsibilities

You will manage and optimize the complete revenue technology ecosystem:

• Revenue Tech Stack Management: Implement and oversee platforms for sales intelligence, forecasting, and automation. Manage tools for conversation intelligence, lead enrichment, and revenue operations. Interface with vendors, handle renewals, and troubleshoot technical issues while promoting seamless integration between systems.
• CRM and Data Workflow Optimization: Act as liaison with CRM administrators to improve data quality and workflow efficiency. Support CRM hygiene initiatives, manage account scoring and enrichment processes, and maintain automated deduplication and integration tasks.
• Lead Management: Build and maintain automated lead routing systems. Architect processes for enriching and routing high-intent leads for rapid follow-up. Support contact segmentation for accurate engagement classification and collaborate with marketing to ensure lead quality.
• Integration and Data Governance: Ensure clean, governed data flows across systems leading to accurate lead/account routing, reliable forecasting, and measurable conversion improvements.

Note: This role requires working within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. Flexibility to align your schedule with EST is essential for collaboration with the team and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in revenue operations and CRM administration:

• 5-8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role
• 3+ years of hands-on CRM administration experience, preferably with Salesforce, including objects, flows, permissioning, validation rules, and lifecycle design
• 2+ years building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes
• Strong understanding of revenue technology platforms including conversational intelligence, revenue forecasting, sales engagement, enrichment/ABM tools, routing/orchestration systems, and document automation
• Experience with API-based integrations, field mapping, error handling, and monitoring
• Expertise in data deduplication, normalization, enrichment strategies, data dictionaries, and governance frameworks
• Project and change management skills including backlog management, UAT, release notes, training delivery, and adoption tracking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with clear requirements gathering, prioritization, and status reporting
• Familiarity with CPQ and forecasting tools is a plus

Pay

The estimated annual base salary range for this position is MXN 457,200 to MXN 600,000. The compensation package may include bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience.
