What This Role Involves

As an Associate, Vendor Experience at Delivery Hero, you'll be the bridge between our growing network of merchant partners and our platform. In this full-time position based in Yangon, you'll focus on onboarding new vendors, supporting their success, and resolving challenges that arise. Your work directly impacts vendor satisfaction and retention, helping restaurants and shops maximize their sales through our delivery network.

Your Responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant and merchant partners onto the Delivery Hero platform, guiding them through setup and initial optimization
• Provide ongoing support to vendors, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting operational issues
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve their sales and engagement
• Coordinate with merchants on menu updates, promotional campaigns, and platform features
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners through regular communication and support
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams and ensure timely resolution
• Gather vendor feedback and share insights to improve our platform and services

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse partners
• Proven experience in vendor management, account management, or customer success roles
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the food delivery or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and local languages; ability to communicate effectively with Yangon-based merchants
• Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by building meaningful business relationships
