Printer Trainee- Digital Print and Mail Center

About the Role

This full-time position offers an excellent entry point into print production and mail center operations. You'll complete a structured training program covering all aspects of our Digital Print and Mail Center, learning to operate sophisticated equipment, maintain quality standards, and contribute to the efficient flow of documents and mail throughout our organization.

What You'll Do

• Operate high-volume copy machines and digital printing equipment
• Perform binding, collating, and finishing work on printed materials
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure all machines are functioning properly and producing quality output
• Identify and troubleshoot paper jams and other equipment issues
• Communicate specific maintenance concerns to technicians when equipment service is needed
• Follow quality control procedures and verify output meets production standards
• Assist with mail center processes and distribution as needed
