What You'll Do
- Deliver direct patient care in inpatient hospital settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Contribute to patient assessments, participate in care planning, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient symptoms, and responses to treatment with accuracy and attention to detail
- Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision in accordance with licensure scope of practice
- Maintain precise patient health records and contribute essential data to support comprehensive care coordination
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members regarding patient status and care needs
- Uphold infection control and safety standards in the inpatient care environment
What We're Looking For
- Current active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Pennsylvania or commitment to obtaining it
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing education program
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends—with shift differentials up to $5 per hour
