Role Overview

As a Solution Engineer specializing in Google Workspace, you'll be the technical bridge between our clients' business objectives and Google's powerful suite of productivity tools. In this full-time position based in Taguig, you'll architect, implement, and support custom Workspace solutions that transform how organizations communicate and collaborate. Your expertise will help clients maximize adoption, streamline workflows, and achieve measurable business outcomes through intelligent platform deployment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and configure Google Workspace environments tailored to client-specific requirements and organizational structures
• Lead implementation projects from planning through go-live, ensuring seamless migration and minimal disruption
• Provide hands-on technical training to end users and administrators, enabling confident platform adoption
• Troubleshoot integration challenges and resolve technical issues with proficiency and clear communication
• Collaborate with sales teams to scope solutions accurately and support proposal development
• Document configurations, best practices, and implementation procedures for client reference and future support
• Monitor deployments post-launch and optimize performance based on usage data and client feedback

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated technical proficiency with Google Workspace and associated Google Cloud tools
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, security protocols, and compliance considerations
• Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering solutions under defined timelines
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, directory services, and integration architectures
