Delivery Hero is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen partnerships with our most valued restaurant partners in Plovdiv and across Bulgaria. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Plovdiv, where you'll take ownership of strategic accounts and deliver exceptional results.

Position Summary

In this Key Account Manager position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Delivery Hero's most important restaurant partners in Bulgaria. You'll develop and execute account strategies that drive order volume, increase restaurant revenue, and enhance the partnership experience. Your focus will be on understanding each account's unique business needs and positioning Delivery Hero as a growth catalyst for partner restaurants, whilst maintaining profitability and satisfaction across your portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key restaurant accounts, ensuring regular engagement and understanding of their business objectives
  • Develop account growth plans aimed at increasing order volume and average transaction value through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including operations, marketing, and restaurant success—to deliver tailored solutions for key accounts
  • Monitor account performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account base and support partners with promotional initiatives
  • Resolve escalated issues and concerns with professionalism and speed, acting as the trusted advocate for partner success
  • Conduct regular on-site and remote account reviews to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for deeper partnership

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in account management, relationship management, or B2B sales, ideally within food service, technology, or fast-growth environments
  • Fluent in Bulgarian and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business metrics and account profitability
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at multiple stakeholder levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet ambitious targets
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools is beneficial
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first orientation
