Role Overview

As a Sales Account Executive in Chalkida, you'll take ownership of client relationships from initial contact through contract closure and beyond. This role sits at the heart of our commercial success, requiring someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, propose solutions aligned with their goals, and secure agreements that grow our business and theirs.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet customer requirements
• Negotiate commercial terms and work toward closing agreements
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract execution
• Track sales activity and pipeline performance using company tools and systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance objectives

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a sales role or similar customer-facing position
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think strategically about client needs
• Comfortable working independently whilst collaborating across teams
• Organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
