Talent Acquisition Specialist

Delivery Hero is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Budapest. In this full-time role, you'll drive recruitment efforts across our growing operations, sourcing top talent and building strong teams that power our marketplace platforms.

What This Role Involves

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the frontline representative for Delivery Hero's recruitment initiatives. You'll manage the end-to-end hiring process for multiple positions, from identifying candidates and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and supporting new hires through onboarding. Your focus will be on understanding team needs, building candidate pipelines, and creating a positive experience for everyone who applies to join us.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine job descriptions
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment funnel
• Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from interview panels
• Support offer creation, negotiation, and closing processes
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hungarian
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
• Organised approach to managing multiple searches simultaneously
• Genuine enthusiasm for supporting business growth through strategic hiring
• Willingness to learn about our industry and the Budapest market
