Talent Acquisition Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology company based in Singapore. Our client is building next-generation intelligent applications and is scaling their team across product, engineering, and business functions. We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their growing recruitment needs.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role perfect for someone early in their career who wants to learn how high-quality technical recruiting works in practice. You'll work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring operations moving smoothly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit, motivation, and communication skills
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistency
• Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the organisation scales, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
• Help keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at pace

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems
• A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
• Prior recruiting experience is helpful but not required—attitude, curiosity, and execution matter most
