About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Lead, Strategy to join their UK operations. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in their UK office.

Our client is building next-generation financial technology products designed to make financial services more accessible across emerging markets. They operate with distributed teams across multiple geographies and are in a rapid growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority strategic initiatives across the business
• Work with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges
• Build new teams, processes, and operational capabilities as the organization scales
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution
• Research new markets, products, and business opportunities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver measurable business outcomes

• Strong problem-solving skills and business judgment
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable working across different business functions including engineering, product, operations, and business development
• Demonstrated ownership and execution skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Curious, resourceful, and driven mindset
• Strong English communication skills (primary working language)
