Oracle Infrastructure Maintenance Developer/Tester Mid-Level

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential federal government contractor in their search for an Oracle Infrastructure Maintenance Developer/Tester at the mid-level. This is a fully remote position supporting mission-critical grants management systems for a federal service agency. Our talent team is seeking professionals with strong Oracle, Java, and SQL experience who are passionate about delivering quality software solutions that serve the public good.

This role requires the ability to obtain a BI Full 6C (T4) public trust clearance. You'll work on testing, developing, and maintaining enterprise grants management systems with a focus on modernization, security, and interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Test, develop, and maintain grants management applications with focus on modernization, enhancements, and security requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams and agency personnel to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
• Drive excellence in software application testing, development, and maintenance activities
• Utilize Java, Oracle, and SQL technologies to support system functionality and interfaces
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met across all development and testing cycles
• Support system interface requirements and interoperability initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of related experience in software development and testing
• Technical training, certification(s), or degree in a relevant field
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Oracle database technologies, and Java programming
• Experience with software testing processes and quality assurance methodologies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a BI Full 6C (T4) public trust clearance
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with grants management systems or similar enterprise applications is valued
