We are representing a confidential technology startup building AI-native productivity applications. Our client is focused on creating intelligent tools that help users manage conversations, tasks, and workflows with minimal input required.

This Business Operations Associate role offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership on high-impact initiatives across multiple business functions. You'll be joining a small, execution-focused team where your contributions will directly shape how the company operates and grows.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development
• Partner with leadership to address critical business and product challenges
• Build and scale new teams, processes, and operational capabilities
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through final execution
• Research and evaluate new markets, products, and business opportunities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of assigned projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
