About This Position

We're seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to join our tMart operations in Erbil. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between vendors, partners, and internal teams. You'll work directly with our marketplace platform to manage administrative functions that keep our service running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Manage administrative tasks and documentation for tMart vendors and delivery partners
• Process orders, vendor applications, and partnership agreements with accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide first-line support to merchants and partners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain vendor records, contracts, and compliance documentation in our systems
• Coordinate schedules and logistics for marketplace operations
• Prepare reports and data summaries for management review
• Support onboarding of new vendors and partners to the tMart platform

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or experience in business administration is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or marketplace platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to a fast-paced environment
