Remote – Automation QA Engineer (Core Team)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential iGaming technology organization seeking a Remote Automation QA Engineer to join their core product team. Our client operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is building out their quality assurance capabilities as they scale their platform globally.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates with strong Russian and English language skills. You'll be an early member of a growing QA function, giving you significant influence over testing practices and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and non-functional testing across web and mobile platforms, including integration, regression, and usability testing
• Identify, document, and report defects to development teams; verify bug fixes
• Create and maintain comprehensive test cases, test suites, checklists, and testing documentation
• Execute both high-level and detailed test cases; track quality assurance metrics
• Analyze product features and business requirements to inform test planning
• Refine and optimize testing processes as the team grows
• Collaborate closely with development and delivery management to understand system requirements
• Work cross-functionally to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of manual testing experience for both mobile and web applications
• Proven experience creating and maintaining testing documentation
• Hands-on experience working with Git
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Python, Playwright, Docker, and Kubernetes is a strong plus
• Proficient in Russian language; intermediate English required
