We are representing a confidential recruiting organization seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager, Executive Hiring to join their client delivery team. This is a fully remote position based in South Africa.

Our client specializes in leadership placements across diverse sectors, from emerging ventures to established multinational organizations. This role enables consistent stakeholder engagement by maintaining structured processes, clear documentation, and timely updates throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping techniques
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approaches
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping
• Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
• Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
• Maintain confidentiality and apply sound judgment when handling sensitive information

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering senior or leadership hires, including complex stakeholder management
• Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes
• Ability to provide credible market insights on talent availability and compensation signals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
• High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
