Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential media organization in Guatemala that requires a talented web developer to join their digital infrastructure team. In this role, you will:
- Address and resolve development requests and technical issues for web platforms
- Maintain secure, updated web infrastructure with proper backup protocols
- Design system architecture and development solutions for multiple organizational projects
- Monitor performance and behavior of cloud-based equipment to ensure service availability
- Identify and assess risks associated with services, platforms, and technologies
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a developer currently studying systems engineering or a related field with the following technical expertise:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
- Experience with ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, e-planning, or OpenX
- Proficiency with analytics tools including Google Analytics and Comscore
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (Angular, React, Meteor, Ruby on Rails, Django, CakePHP, or similar)
- Content management experience, particularly WordPress
