About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS client seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their growing sales organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting
- Research prospective clients, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in the product offerings
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies and plans
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars for qualified prospects
- Work with channel and distribution partners to leverage leads and build pipeline awareness
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of successful sales experience, or demonstrated success in a high-energy role with drive to pursue sales
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire prospects
- Strong desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Ability to operate autonomously as an empowered contributor to the team
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM applications, MS Office, and Google Apps
- Positive energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
