About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization serving underserved communities across Africa. Our client is seeking independent agents throughout South Africa to help expand access to their financial services platform. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong networking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an Independent Contractor earning commission based on customer acquisition and onboarding
• Register new customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and email outreach
• Research and identify potential leads using business platforms, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions and support
• Develop and execute customized, targeted sales strategies for your territory
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers you onboard

What We're Looking For

• Valid South African ID, Passport, or Asylum documentation
• Active South African bank account
• Android smartphone
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Goal-oriented approach with ability to meet deadlines and targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and determined to succeed
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Commission Structure & Incentives: Customers you onboard who remain active for 12 months guarantee you 12 months of commission. Additional benefits include regular prizes and incentives, airtime and data rewards, and opportunities for career advancement.
