Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential national nonprofit organization in their search for a Donor Advisor, Major Gifts based remotely in Florida. This position sits within a high-performing fundraising team that manages significant philanthropic revenue and works directly with donors making transformational gifts in the healthcare and medical research space.

The Donor Advisor will manage a strategic portfolio of approximately 100–125 major donors and prospects, developing personalized cultivation and solicitation strategies that drive six- and seven-figure commitments. This role requires up to 50% travel and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated fundraising initiatives while collaborating with senior leadership across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a personal portfolio of major donors and prospects
• Develop individualized donor strategies to deepen engagement and increase philanthropic investment
• Meet or exceed assigned annual revenue and activity goals
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the major giving pipeline
• Build and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for six- and seven-figure solicitations
• Partner with field leadership and staff to develop integrated donor strategies
• Work collaboratively across the organization to expand the pipeline of major gift prospects
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership in donor strategy and high-level solicitations
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM records to support data management and reporting
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on progress toward goals using data insights
• Represent the organization at donor meetings, events, and community engagements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; CFRE or advanced degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families
• Demonstrated success in cultivating, soliciting, and closing six- and seven-figure major gifts
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to develop sophisticated donor strategies
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively with senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving needs
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven portfolio management
• Must be based in Florida with ability to travel regionally and nationally up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel
• Full-time position based on 37.5 hours per week minimum

Pay

The estimated salary range for this position is $103,000–$130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
