Administrateur / Administratrice de Production Oracle EBS — MCO (F/H)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential enterprise client in France seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Production Administrator to join their technical operations team. In this role, you will ensure the operational continuity of mission-critical Oracle E-Business Suite environments across production, acceptance, and development landscapes.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing environment refreshes through cloning of infrastructure and databases
• Applying technical patches, administrative utilities upgrades, and infrastructure version migrations
• Creating, modifying, and removing technical components while maintaining the asset inventory
• Overseeing backup and restore policies, including strategy implementation and point-in-time recovery operations
• Continuously monitoring platform health: volumetry tracking, memory consumption, storage capacity, and backup execution verification
• Processing production alerts, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions on system components
• Providing tier 2/3 infrastructure support, handling intervention requests, and assisting development and business teams
• Participating in disaster recovery testing, including administration and operation of delegated components during crisis simulations
• Reviewing security reports and ensuring infrastructure compliance with hardening guidelines

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Proven production administration experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (architecture components, administrative utilities)
• Strong Oracle database administration skills (instance management, backup/restore operations, environment refreshes)
• Methodological rigor and autonomy in executing critical operational procedures
• Collaborative mindset for working effectively within a paired team structure

Valued additional skills:

• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
• Experience with production management scripting (Shell)
• Understanding of high availability concepts and architectures

Work arrangement: Fully remote position with one on-site day per month required (either at the client site or Paris office). Coverage window: 8:00–19:00 organized in two team rotations.
