Founder’s Associate

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing open source security platform based in Berlin. As Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with senior leadership as both strategic partner and execution driver on the company's highest-priority initiatives.

You will:

• Own strategic projects across growth, product, operations, and fundraising from initial analysis through delivered results
• Lead recruiting operations and help attract exceptional talent to build the team
• Research markets, competitors, and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities and risks
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and maintain alignment between Product, Growth, and Engineering on critical milestones
• Design and continuously improve internal processes that support company scaling
• Take ownership of whatever matters most in the moment, from testing go-to-market strategies to removing blockers for leadership

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks an exceptional generalist who is highly motivated, analytical, and hands-on, with genuine ambition to help build and scale a technology startup from the inside.

Required qualifications:

• Track record of excellence and real ownership demonstrated through top academic performance at a leading university or internships in high-caliber startups, venture capital, investment banking, or strategy consulting
• Highly structured and organized with ability to drive multiple workstreams in parallel while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong comfort working with data, building models, and translating insights into action with a hands-on mentality
• Ability to take ambiguous problems, define clear approaches, and drive them to concrete results

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Take end-to-end ownership and prioritize shipping working solutions over extended planning cycles
• Communicate directly, kindly, and specifically, valuing the best argument over hierarchy
• Demonstrate genuine curiosity about product and open source communities, even without an engineering background
