Senior Field Marketing Manager | EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead their EMEA events and field marketing strategy. This is a remote role based near London, with travel up to 50% across the UK and EMEA region.

Our client operates in the governance, risk, and compliance technology space and is building out their first dedicated field marketing function for the UK and European markets. This is an opportunity to own the events engine that drives executive engagement and accelerates pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive calendar of field events including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, executive dinners, advisory board meetings, and webinars aligned to business objectives
• Manage the full event lifecycle from strategy and planning through logistics, vendor coordination, team enablement, on-site activation, and post-event follow-up and reporting
• Partner with Sales leadership to align event strategy directly to target accounts and open opportunities, ensuring all events deliver measurable pipeline and opportunity acceleration
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure event messaging, presentations, and collateral are compelling, on-brand, and tailored to each event's objectives and audience
• Coordinate executive meetings and networking opportunities that support opportunity progression
• Track and report event-generated leads, opportunities, and pipeline impact through Salesforce
• Analyze event performance across attendance, opportunity creation, pipeline ROI, and engagement quality, applying a test-and-learn mindset to continuously improve programs
• Maintain field marketing ownership for UK and EMEA locations while collaborating closely with US-based marketing teams
• Manage event budgets including forecasting, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of proven experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders from planning through execution and post-event analysis
• A track record of executing events that generate measurable pipeline and executive engagement, with data to prove it
• Proficiency with event management platforms such as Swoogo, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot)
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking event performance, analyzing data, and reporting on ROI
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across internal teams and external vendors
• Experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships
• Comfortable engaging across global teams, Sales leadership, and C-suite stakeholders
• Team-oriented and collaborative nature; thrives in cross-functional environments
• Growth mindset with ability to experiment, learn fast, and iterate
• Experience integrating AI to maximize productivity and business outcomes
• Based near London with willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily within UK and EMEA
