Responsibilities
Our talent team is representing a confidential construction organization seeking a Senior Site Manager for their München location. In this role, you will independently lead and manage demanding construction projects from execution through completion. You'll coordinate subcontractors, on-site teams, and project stakeholders while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities include controlling construction workflows, proactively identifying and resolving technical challenges, and maintaining alignment with clients, planners, project managers, and both internal and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates with a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent qualification. You should bring several years of professional experience in construction site management, specifically in building construction. Strong knowledge of construction execution and contract law is essential, with familiarity in VOB (German construction contract procedures) highly valued. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational talent. You work independently with a structured approach and communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders across all project phases.
