Appointment Setter – Remote (Wednesday to Sunday schedule)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential sales organization that operates entirely remotely and focuses on developing high-performing sales professionals. Our talent team is seeking an Appointment Setter to join their structured, metrics-driven environment where career advancement happens every 90 days based on demonstrated results.

This is a full-time remote position with a Wednesday through Sunday schedule (or four 10-hour shifts with Monday through Wednesday off). You'll work 40 hours per week handling inbound leads for U.S. consumer brands in industries like financial services and home improvement.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads—no cold calling or prospecting required
• Convert initial interest into booked appointments, enrollments, and next-step actions
• Own your daily and weekly performance metrics with full accountability
• Work scheduled shifts between 12 PM and 12 AM EST
• Participate in real-time coaching sessions to continuously improve conversion rates
• Maintain consistent communication with your remote team across multiple time zones
