Influencer Program Specialist – Fully Remote | Upto $100/hr

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking an Influencer Program Specialist to support AI model training and evaluation work. This is a fully remote contract role based in the United Kingdom, offering flexibility and the opportunity to leverage your creator marketing expertise in a unique capacity.

Our client works at the intersection of artificial intelligence and creative marketing, building systems that need to understand real-world influencer program decisions. You'll use your hands-on experience to design realistic scenarios, evaluate AI outputs, and help improve model performance.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs and scenarios based on real-world creator and influencer programs, incorporating authentic challenges and decision points
• Specify required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states to create realistic task environments
• Write and review reference answers and evaluation criteria that distinguish strong practitioner responses from plausible but incorrect ones
• Review AI agent attempts at influencer program tasks and evaluate them against established standards
• Assess AI-generated marketing content to improve model outputs and decision-making processes
• Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance in simulated environments

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Hands-on practitioner experience running creator or influencer programs
• Comfort with creator platforms and disclosure rules (FTC, ASA, or equivalent)
• Clear written reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Preferred:

• Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification
