Sales Development Representative – Health

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their patient care team and drive appointment bookings across their comprehensive service offerings.

This is a fully remote position requiring availability during Hawaii Standard Time business hours. You'll be the vital connection between individuals seeking wellness solutions and their first step toward care.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns, maintaining 150+ daily dials to prospective and existing patients
• Manage all incoming patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth, serving as the first voice patients hear
• Schedule appointments across multiple service lines including IV therapy, acupuncture, and naturopathic consultations
• Follow up proactively on web inquiries and re-engage former patients to support continuity of care
• Address common concerns regarding pricing, insurance coverage, and treatment decisions with empathy and confidence
• Maintain accurate scheduling records using Google Sheets and Google Calendar to optimize clinic capacity
• Deploy text and email follow-up sequences to reduce no-show rates and maintain a healthy patient pipeline

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Demonstrated experience in appointment setting or high-volume outbound sales environments
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a strong, professional phone presence
• Active listening abilities that enable authentic, non-scripted patient conversations
• Proven capability handling sales objections while maintaining a consultative, helpful tone
• Strong organizational discipline with meticulous note-taking and independent task management
• Availability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time
• High-energy personality with natural rapport-building skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience as a receptionist or coordinator in medical or wellness settings
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Keap Pro
• Interest in or knowledge of naturopathic medicine and holistic health practices
• Sales background in service-based industries
