Senior Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential DevSecOps platform provider seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to serve the Central EMEA region. In this remote position, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers navigating digital transformation across their software development lifecycle.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Leading technical discovery sessions, demonstrations, and validation activities to align platform capabilities with customer technical and business requirements
• Owning the technical evaluation process end-to-end, including solution design, proof-of-concept and proof-of-value initiatives, workshop facilitation, and technical contributions to tenders and audits
• Partnering with Account Executives and regional sales teams to develop and execute account strategies that drive new customer acquisition and expansion across Central EMEA
• Building trusted relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding transformation initiatives and cultivating platform advocates within customer organizations
• Advising customers on modern software development practices, continuous integration and deployment, security integration, and cloud adoption strategies
• Acting as the voice of the customer to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams by providing feedback, use cases, and competitive intelligence
• Maintaining deep technical expertise in DevSecOps, AI-driven development tools, and cloud technologies while creating reusable technical collateral and best practice guidance
• Investing in continuous professional development through learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing within the Solutions Architect team

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles involving solution design and technical evaluation
• Strong proficiency across the complete software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices and CI/CD workflows
• Hands-on experience with source control platforms, continuous integration and deployment tools, and collaboration systems, with the ability to map platform capabilities to specific customer requirements
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies, capable of discussing deployment architecture, security models, and operational considerations with technical teams
• Proven ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept, contribute to tender responses and audits, and design and facilitate workshops or value stream assessments
• Excellent technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for audiences ranging from individual practitioners to senior technical and business decision-makers
• Demonstrated skill in building trusted relationships, practicing active listening with empathy, and advocating effectively for customer needs with internal stakeholders
• Strong motivation for continuous professional development, including learning new technologies and deepening platform expertise

Pay
