Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential hospitality technology organization seeking an Implementation Project Manager based in India. This position supports a direct booking platform that serves thousands of hotels worldwide.

Important: This role covers Central European working hours, typically 1:00 PM IST – 9:30 PM IST, Monday through Friday. You will support customers in EMEA and APAC regions and regularly interface with team members across North American and European time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation as primary point of contact, managing 25-35+ simultaneous mid-level strategic projects and 60-70+ product launch objects
• Drive project execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely completion of deliverables within the target 4-8 week implementation period
• Organize and lead internal and external project meetings, preparing necessary materials and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Validate correct implementation, integration, and functionality of all technical components
• Execute technical setup and configuration, troubleshooting product issues through hands-on back-end work
• Coordinate with third-party Property Management System (PMS) vendors to acquire integration technical details
• Serve as subject matter expert, advising customers on maximizing service value
• Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance service quality
• Perform thorough testing of product functionality and monitor performance metrics before project closure
• Act as liaison between customers and internal product teams, advocating for customer-requested enhancements

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Associate's Degree in related field OR minimum 2 years professional experience in Project Management role
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volume of simultaneous projects (50-60+ implementations)
• Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to rapidly acquire product knowledge for diagnosing technical issues
• Experience collaborating with back-end engineering or integration teams
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Working knowledge of project management software (Asana, Rocketlane, or similar)
• Must be located in India and willing to work Central European hours (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST)

Preferred:

• Experience in customer-facing SaaS technology, Hotel Operations, or Hospitality Marketing
• Practical experience with technical SaaS software configuration and managing integrations
• Familiarity with hospitality systems, particularly Property Management Systems (Opera, roomMaster, Maestro)
• Experience with Google Workspace, Zendesk/Jira, and Salesforce
