Field Sales Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Field Sales Manager for their Offenbach am Main location. In this role, you will:

• Provide direct consultations to customers at a partner retail location, presenting innovative energy solutions and inspiring them toward sustainable choices
• Proactively engage customers, identify their needs, and schedule consultation appointments
• Conduct on-site visits to customers' homes following initial consultations to assess individual situations and verify installation requirements
• Gather technical specifications both in-store and during field visits to determine project feasibility
• Guide prospects from initial contact through successful contract completion while delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Build long-term customer relationships through your service-oriented approach and represent the brand professionally in the field
• Participate in regular feedback sessions with leadership to continuously develop your sales and consulting competencies
• Collaborate with your team to advance the energy transition and contribute to building a leading energy company

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience selling complex solutions, ideally in field sales
• A friendly, outgoing, and communicative personality with strong loyalty as a team player
• Results-oriented and solution-focused thinking with a positive demeanor
• Commitment to personal development and career advancement
• Proactive self-motivation and genuine enthusiasm for achieving goals and closing deals
• Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to visit customers throughout the Offenbach region
• Fluent verbal and written German language skills at a business-proficient level

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and include an attractive base salary plus unlimited commission structure.
