Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Veranstaltungssicherheit

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential international organization based in München that hosts high-level conferences and events throughout the year. As a working student in event security, you will provide conceptual support for security planning across multiple flagship events and work closely with relevant stakeholders including government agencies, venue partners, and internal teams. You will support both internal and external information management and stakeholder coordination, giving you direct exposure to a diverse range of actors in the security and diplomatic space. This role offers a behind-the-scenes perspective on large-scale event operations and allows you to contribute with a high degree of independence to the success of major international gatherings.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in security management, political science, social sciences, or a related field
• Strong coordination skills and experience or enthusiasm for developing concept papers and editorial work
• Some prior experience in corporate or event security, or demonstrated interest in these areas
• Excellent multitasking abilities and composure under pressure in a team environment
• Self-motivated, structured approach to work with strong attention to detail
• Precise communication skills and comfort navigating diplomatic contexts
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to find practical solutions to unexpected challenges
• Fluency in German required; English proficiency preferred
