About This Opportunity
We are representing a well-established construction organization in Stuttgart seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) specializing in structural shell construction. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage demanding structural shell construction projects with full accountability
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site construction teams
- Ensure construction execution meets deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
- Monitor construction progress and coordinate between trades and interfaces
- Maintain close communication with project management, clients, specialist planners, and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in civil engineering, advanced qualification as a technician/master craftsman, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in construction site management for structural shell or commercial building projects
- Solid knowledge of construction processes and relevant technical and contractual regulations
- Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational talent
- Independent, structured working approach with confident and communicative presence
- German language proficiency required for this role
