Responsibilities

• Follow established guidelines to evaluate the quality of filters and options across desktop and mobile interfaces
• Assess whether filtering systems effectively help users make informed decisions and discover relevant alternative products
• Verify that filters and options align with user search queries and intent
• Determine the relevance of filtering options based on customer preferences and search behavior
• Conduct thorough quality reviews of your own assessments to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Complete research tasks within specified timeframes while managing quick turnaround requirements
• Maintain strict confidentiality standards and adhere to non-disclosure agreements

What We're Looking For

• Full professional proficiency in Dutch (required)
• Proficient English language skills
• Strong web navigation abilities and comfort working in fast-paced digital environments
• Prior experience with relevance tasks or familiarity with e-commerce search functions (preferred)
• Excellent online research capabilities and attention to detail
• Reliable computer system and stable internet connection
• Availability for 5-15 hours per week with flexible self-scheduling
• Located in India, Nigeria, Philippines, Sri Lanka, or Suriname
• Willingness to complete a language assessment, learning module, and mandatory quality test before project assignment
