Sales Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential online education organization that has experienced exceptional growth since 2020. Our client connects professionals worldwide with industry-leading instruction across multiple disciplines, and they're now seeking ambitious Sales Representatives to join their expanding team in Costa Rica.

This is a consultative sales role working exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in advancing their careers through education. You'll guide prospective students toward the right programs while earning competitive compensation in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations with pre-qualified, warm leads who have scheduled calls
• Guide prospective students in identifying educational paths aligned with their career goals
• Close high-ticket program enrollments through consultative selling approaches
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM systems
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and student success teams to optimize the enrollment experience
• Provide customer insights and feedback to improve programs and sales processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in high-ticket or consultative environments
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong relationship-building capabilities and objection-handling expertise
• Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM platforms
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated mindset with a results-driven approach
• Passion for education and helping others achieve career transformation
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous but not required for exceptional candidates
